1. Scope
These terms apply to Wordex monthly services obtained, confirmed, or purchased through wordex.cn. The Wordex operator provides the service. The official contact email is support@wordex.cn. Read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before purchase.
2. Plans and service term
Wordex Free
No payment is required. It provides a trial AI compute allowance each calendar month and the same current core features as paid plans.
Wordex Plus
The price is CNY 15 for each 30-day purchase with a standard AI compute allowance.
Wordex Pro
The price is CNY 60 for each 30-day purchase with a high-volume AI compute allowance.
Every plan includes currently released full-document and table editing, locatable suggestions, apply, and undo. Plus and Pro are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Allowance accumulates the input and output token cost returned by model calls and is shown as a percentage, not a fixed request count. Unlimited allowance, a fixed model, priority support, and unreleased platforms are not promised unless clearly listed on the pricing page.
3. Orders and payment
Checkout shows the product, quantity, unit price, amount due, contact email, Alipay payment method, and policy links. While Alipay computer website payment is under review, the payment button stays disabled. No billable order or charge is created.
Before live payment opens, Wordex will connect the official Alipay interface, server-side signature verification, asynchronous callbacks, order state, and plan entitlements. A review demo reference is not a transaction order number.
4. Service delivery
After live payment opens, the 30-day period begins when payment succeeds and plan access is activated. Access is associated with the Wordex account or email entered at checkout. Current support is defined by the download and pricing pages at the time of purchase.
AI output may require review. The user decides whether locate, apply, or undo actions write to a document. Wordex does not guarantee that model output is correct in every situation and does not replace legal, medical, financial, or other professional judgment.
5. Acceptable use
Users must have the right to process documents and instructions submitted to Wordex. The service may not be used to infringe rights, bypass security, disrupt operation, or conduct unlawful activity. Protect account credentials and contact support after suspected misuse.
6. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains task content, account information, optional product-improvement data, and support tickets. Failure diagnostics remain enabled as described in the Privacy Policy. Product improvement is enabled by default. Users may turn off non-essential product-improvement collection in settings without preventing processing needed for a document task they request.
7. Changes and termination
Wordex will explain material changes to pricing, features, or terms through the website or an appropriate channel before they take effect. A later price change does not create an added charge for an already paid service period. Wordex may restrict an account that seriously violates these terms or threatens service security, subject to applicable law for any unperformed portion.
8. Responsibility boundaries
Wordex takes reasonable steps to operate the service and protect data. Internet services, third-party models, Microsoft Word, WPS Office, operating systems, and payment providers can experience interruptions outside Wordex's complete control. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
